Meaningless thought #1

Posted on: 4 Comments

Today after seeing an empty packet of Haribo Tangfastics littered on the ground, it caused me crave some myself. So I walked down to the spar and bought some.

On the way back up it occurred to me that perhaps littering serves as some pseudo-form of advertising. Perhaps littering isn’t so bad… for the pockets of branded corporations anyway.

Just a random meaningless thought… and something to write on this generally quiet blog.

McDonald’s and KFC get a hang of a lot of free advertising around these parts!

Indeed. It’s mostly cigarette packets around here – usually Richmond or L&B; occasionally Marlboro.
